It was easy to order my item and book an appointment online. I arrived a bit early but when the person in front of me left a member of staff guarded the place where they needed me to park so to attend to my vehicle. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I noticed that they 'jumped' into action to help customers as soon as they became available. My problem was fixed and the male member of staff helped me with some advice and even reset my mobile link to the car for me. I left very pleased and would recommend going to this Halfords.
